Playa d’en Bossa: Timing, timing, timing.

For a long time, the area of Playa d’en Bossa has been consolidated as a tourist destination of quality in the island of Ibiza, reason why already is a brand of well-known more and more worldwide. Both its beach, especially the leisure areas and the capacity and hotel diversity installed, manage to attract thousands of people every season.

Despite this capacity of attraction to people from all parts of the world, we see that the values and prices of certain real estate of the zone, basically apartments and some houses, do not yet reflect the 100% of the recovery that if it has given already definitely in the prices of other areas of Ibiza with similar attractors on the demand, reason why in some very specific cases, certain prices have been a little more lethargic compared to the last two years in which the whole Island has reflected an outstanding price update, once it has overcome the market slackness produced in the past.

In the area of Playa d’en Bossa, we believe that this price update is going to be produced prominently this season. That is not to say that in all the subzones prices no longer incorporate the recovery of the market, but there is still some building and specifically some sub-area that has not yet incorporated the entire price path that has already reached other areas of Ibiza. At Unik Real Estate we believe that certain buildings or real estate complexes may have a larger route in certain areas of Playa d’en Bossa than in other parts of the island. In this argument, it is not a question of valuing a greater or lower price because of the location of the property, as indicated by the well-known mantra of the “location, location, location”, if not rather of the valorization in time, because of the current moment as a potential aspect in which we locate from Unik Ibiza Real Estate some properties in the area of Playa d’en Bossa.

In this way, because of the confluence of a set of aspects produced this year in the area such as a greater renovation of streets and urban facilities, easiness in pedestrian flows, renovation and aesthetic improvement in most of the hotel buildings, improvement of the commercial continuum in various subzones, new leisure facilities of internationally known brands, among other aspects in Unik Ibiza Real Estate we are working this season to have in Playa d’en Bossa the best properties for sale available, and at the moment suitable. In short, to incorporate to the “location” that is already widely known the best “timing” possible in the final purchase decision.
